And that is exactly where our Optional Managed Services deal will comes in real handy. With it, your VPS server will be entered in our own custom–made monitoring system, which will keep an eye on all the important processes. And in the event of any service failure, our skilled system administrators will be informed momentarily and they will solve the matter as fast as possible.

Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a Linux Virtual Private Server is not the easiest mission in the world. You will either have to use some other server or your home PC, or assign some 3rd–party tool. Our company offers a far simpler way with our Optional Managed Services deal. We will make a complete backup copy of your Virtual Private Server once a week, so you never need to worry about losing critical information. Last but not least we can restore a backup copy really quickly. All backups we make are held on a special server with a RAID array of hard disks, so if anything happens to any part of your stored hosted content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a Linux Virtual Private Server, you have full freedom to install any kind of script or service on your it. However, some scripts are more difficult to run and might require some additional setup from you. This is where our Optional Managed Services offer will help you out. It includes 30 minutes of installation & trouble–shooting duties – this means that you will be able to literally hire one of our practiced server administrators for 30 min and have him assist you with the installation process of any app that you desire. Or have him rectify an issue that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Managed Services deal is bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and it is an extra feature for our KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
